Foot Skills Sessions -- how to get better with just a ball
This year we won't be having individual foot-skills sessions. However that doesn't mean you shouldn't be working! Remember, most student-athletes are playing in the spring, or participating in another sport/activity. Make sure you are staying active as well! If you want to overtake someone, you need to outdo their work rate!
Ideas to help:
1) Find some youtube videos with simple foot skills to practice
2) Practice HARD for 30 minutes a day; you'd be surprised how this adds up!
3) Play a small-sided game with friends!
4) Juggle
